Important things to know
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required upon booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 DAYS BEFORE the event date. All bookings include delivery, installation, and teardown services except for grab 'n go garlands. These services may incur additional fees depending on the event location and scope. OUTDOOR INSTALL: Please be aware that balloons may pop, shrink, oxidize, or deflate. We CANNOT guarantee balloons will last in high temperatures and direct sunlight should be avoided at much as possible.
