Event Infornation & Terms and Conditions
Dates and Hours:
Saturday, October 17 ~ 12:00pm - 5:00pm (taps close promptly at 5:00 pm)
As a reminder this is an outdoor event. All booth spaces should be set up with this in mind. There is no rain date; this is a rain or shine event. By signing the attached form brewery certifies that it will represent and have all products for listed brewery and representative available for the event.
Assignments and Setup:
Brewery/Distillery set-up is from 9:00a.m.—11:00a.m ONLY. The booth layout will be available the week prior to the event as well as a specific time frame for set up, as load in will be staggered between vendors to alleviate traffic congestion. All vehicles must be moved from the festival area by 11:00am—NO EXCEPTIONS.
Hpo N' Hog Event responsibilities:
Event management will provide a 10x10 space, all trash receptacles, at least one volunteer pourer, up to 10 bags of ice and cups for each space.
Brewery responsibilities:
Brewery agrees to provide all equipment for set up including: 1 tub per variety, cool boxes/jockey boxes, CO2, tap handles, additional ice (if needed), table, and tent. Brewery is required to ensure equipment is in good working order during the event and keep their booth spaces neat and discard of refuse in appropriate containers. Brewery will both drop off all equipment during designated drop off time (9am-11am) and pick up of all equipment after 5:00pm
Brewery & Variety Selection:
The Hop N' Hog event committee will select beer for the event (2 varieties—1 keg each). Event staff will select beer varieties based on list provided by brewery at time of application. Brewery agrees to provide beer at wholesale prices to CRI. Price list and beer availability at the time of event MUST accompany application. At least one brewery rep must be available to maintain working order of equipment. Event staff/volunteers will only serve beer.
Brewery/Distillery Representatives:
Each brewery will receive (2) complimentary Mid- Level Tasting admission for TWO brewery representatives. Check-in for those rep(s) will take place at your booth location. Additional tickets, (Gen Adm or Unlimited) can be purchased in advance or at the gate, children 16 and under are free.
Merchandise:
Any brewery wishing to sell/distribute merchandise must be approved prior to event.
Parking:
Parking information will be distributed with booth assignments the week prior to the event.
