    By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee selection as a volunteer.

    I understand that this is an unpaid volunteer position and that I will not receive monetary compensation for my services.

    I agree to arrive on time and fulfill the duties assigned to me by HOU CITY FEST staff and organizers.

    I agree to conduct myself in a professional, respectful, and positive manner toward attendees, vendors, performers, sponsors, venue staff, and fellow volunteers.

    I understand that volunteers may be reassigned to different duties as needed during the event.

    I agree to wear my assigned volunteer shirt, lanyard, or credential while on duty.

    I understand that failure to follow event rules, staff instructions, or venue policies may result in my removal from the volunteer program and event grounds.

    I understand that no outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or disruptive behavior will be permitted.

    I understand that HOU CITY FEST, event organizers, staff, sponsors, volunteers, and venue partners reserve the right to remove any volunteer whose behavior is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or detrimental to the event.

    I grant HOU CITY FEST permission to photograph, video record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and participation in promotional materials, social media content, marketing, and future event promotions without compensation.

    I understand that HOU CITY FEST, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and venue partners are not responsible for any personal injury, accident, illness, theft, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the event.

    I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating as a volunteer and release HOU CITY FEST, its organizers, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates from any liability arising from my participation.

    I understand that volunteer positions may require standing, walking, lifting, carrying supplies, working outdoors, and performing other event-related duties for extended periods.

    I agree to follow all instructions regarding safety, emergency procedures, and event operations.
