Personal Data Processing – Registration for Affordable Guided Experiences 2026
The Municipality of Tržič, Trg svobode 18, 4290 Tržič, Slovenia is committed to protecting personal data and respecting privacy in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).
The personal data provided through this form will be used solely for the purpose of registering for the event "Affordable Guided Experiences 2026", organised by the Municipality of Tržič. The data will be used only for administrative and organisational purposes related to the registration, organisation, and implementation of the event and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary for the implementation of the event.
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, registration for the event is not possible without the required information. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to registration for or participation in the event, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Personal data will be used exclusively for the above-mentioned purpose and will be retained until the completion of the event or in accordance with regulations governing the retention of official records and municipal operations.
