The recipient demonstrates excellence in aligning technology strategy with organisational objectives and delivering complex change through structured project execution.
Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Year Award – Operational Excellence in Project Delivery : Recognises a Chief Operating Officer who has achieved exceptional operational performance through the effective execution of projects and programmes. The recipient demonstrates excellence in efficiency, delivery consistency, and embedding project management disciplines into operations.
Chief People Officer of the Year Award – People & Culture Leadership in Project Excellence : Recognizes a senior people leader who has enabled organizational success through strategic talent management, culture transformation, and workforce capability, driving measurable impact in project and programme delivery.
Chief of Staff of the Year Award – Strategic Execution Excellence : Recognizes a Chief of Staff who has demonstrated exceptional ability to enable executive leadership, align organizational priorities, and drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives through effective coordination, governance, and influence.
Chairman of the Year Award – Governance Excellence in Project Leadership : Recognises a Board Chair who has demonstrated exceptional leadership in governance, strategic oversight, and stewardship of project, programme, and portfolio performance. The recipient ensures accountability, ethical leadership, and long-term value creation.
