Terms and Conditions

1. Renter Requirements&#13;&#10;Must be at least 21 years old.&#13;&#10;Valid driver’s license required.&#13;&#10;Proof of auto insurance may be required.&#13;&#10;Renter is responsible for ensuring their tow vehicle is rated to safely tow the trailer.&#13;&#10;2. Rental Period&#13;&#10;Rental begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the scheduled return time.&#13;&#10;Late returns are subject to additional fees.&#13;&#10;Extensions must be approved before the original return time.&#13;&#10;3. Payment&#13;&#10;Full payment is due before the trailer leaves the property.&#13;&#10;Security deposit required (if applicable).&#13;&#10;Accepted payment methods are listed at booking.&#13;&#10;4. Security Deposit&#13;&#10;Deposit will be refunded after the trailer is returned in satisfactory condition.&#13;&#10;Damage, missing equipment, cleaning fees, or unpaid charges may be deducted.&#13;&#10;5. Trailer Condition&#13;&#10;Renter acknowledges the trailer is received in good working condition.&#13;&#10;Any existing damage must be documented before departure.&#13;&#10;6. Authorized Use&#13;&#10;The trailer may not be:&#13;&#10;Used for illegal activities.&#13;&#10;Used for racing or stunt driving.&#13;&#10;Towed by an unauthorized driver.&#13;&#10;Overloaded beyond the trailer’s GVWR.&#13;&#10;Used outside the agreed service area without written approval.&#13;&#10;7. Maintenance & Tire Damage&#13;&#10;Renter is responsible for checking lights, straps, tire pressure, and coupler security during the rental.&#13;&#10;Tire damage caused by road hazards may be the renter’s responsibility.&#13;&#10;8. Damage Responsibility&#13;&#10;The renter is responsible for:&#13;&#10;Collision damage.&#13;&#10;Tire and wheel damage.&#13;&#10;Bent ramps or fenders.&#13;&#10;Winch cable damage caused by misuse.&#13;&#10;Missing straps, chains, or accessories.&#13;&#10;Any damage occurring during the rental period.&#13;&#10;9. Accident Procedure&#13;&#10;If an accident occurs:&#13;&#10;Notify Alanni’s Trailer Rental LLC immediately.&#13;&#10;Contact law enforcement if required.&#13;&#10;Do not admit fault.&#13;&#10;Provide photos and an incident report.&#13;&#10;10. Prohibited Uses&#13;&#10;The trailer may not be used:&#13;&#10;Off-road unless approved.&#13;&#10;To transport hazardous materials.&#13;&#10;To carry loads exceeding the trailer’s capacity.&#13;&#10;By anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.&#13;&#10;11. Roadside Assistance&#13;&#10;The renter is responsible for roadside service unless otherwise agreed.&#13;&#10;Towing charges due to customer negligence are the renter’s responsibility.&#13;&#10;12. Cleaning&#13;&#10;Trailer should be returned reasonably clean.&#13;&#10;Excessive mud, trash, or debris may result in a cleaning fee.&#13;&#10;13. Fuel (if equipped with a generator or powered equipment)&#13;&#10;Return with the same fuel level or applicable refill charges will apply.&#13;&#10;14. Indemnification&#13;&#10;The renter agrees to indemnify and hold Alanni’s Trailer Rental LLC harmless from claims, injuries, property damage, or legal expenses arising from the renter’s use of the trailer, except where prohibited by law.&#13;&#10;15. Liability&#13;&#10;Alanni’s Trailer Rental LLC is not responsible for:&#13;&#10;Damage to the renter’s vehicle.&#13;&#10;Damage to the cargo being transported.&#13;&#10;Delays caused by equipment failure, weather, or road conditions.&#13;&#10;16. Return Condition&#13;&#10;The trailer must be returned:&#13;&#10;With all supplied equipment.&#13;&#10;In the same condition as rented, excluding normal wear and tear.&#13;&#10;On or before the agreed return time.&#13;&#10;17. Fees&#13;&#10;Examples:&#13;&#10;Late return fee: $25–$50 per hour or a full additional rental day.&#13;&#10;Cleaning fee: $50+ if excessive.&#13;&#10;Lost strap fee: Actual replacement cost.&#13;&#10;Lost key/lock fee: Actual replacement cost.&#13;&#10;Tire replacement: Actual cost if damaged by misuse.&#13;&#10;Administrative fee for citations or tolls.&#13;&#10;18. Governing Law&#13;&#10;This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.&#13;&#10;19.Must be approved to leave the state.
