TERMS & CONDITIONS

DAY-OLD CHICKS:

Chicks are hatching on a fortnightly basis, a day-old chick will be classed as day-old up to 7 days old. For every week over the hatch date, add $3 to the price of the chick.

Chicks requires a heat source until fully feathered, around 6-8 weeks old. For this reason chicks need to be brought at a minimum of 3 to assist with maintaining temperature and wellbeing.

We do not refund or exchange any day-old chicks for bio security reasons.

If a purchased 'sexed' female chick develops into a male, you must provide photo evidence within 12 weeks of purchase, that we deem meets reasonable proof, we will replace it with a day-old chick of the same breed or similar if none available.
