    Welcome to the First Step of Your Participation in LISE 2026!

    This form is designed to collect information related to the organization, supervisors, projects, participants, and the cultural event. Please do your best to provide complete and accurate information, including in the optional fields. Each delegation should submit only one form covering all projects and participants.

    This registration form must be completed by July 31st, 2026.

    There will be one additional form related to travel:

    • The Travel Form must be submitted by latest September 1st, 2026. We will send you the travel form once we have confirmed your payment and/or participation.

    You will be sent the link to the form by email. 

    Please be aware that we cannot guarantee participation or accommodation for in the case where forms are submitted after the given deadlines cannot guarantee .

     

    Conditions

    To participate:

    • International participants must be between 11 and 25 years old.

    Due to space limitations we must restrict participation:

    • Each country may send only one delegation - unless agreed otherwise before hand.
    • A delegation can include a maximum of 3 laureates and 1 accompanying person (or 2 accompanying persons if the group is mixed).
    • If you have been allowed to submit more than 1 project, please fill the form in again.

    If you wish to submit additional projects, please email register@fjsl.lu. We will place you on a waiting list, and once registrations close we will inform you if we can accommodate more project teams.

    Please note: Submission of this form does not guarantee registration. Once we review your submission we will contact you to confirm your registration status and send you further details.

     

    Before Starting

    Please download the Rules & Regulations here. This document must be signed by each participant and supervisor and uploaded as part of this form.

    To complete your registration, make sure you have the following ready:

    1. The signed Rules & Regulations.
    2. A portrait photo of each supervisor and participant (JPG or PNG, 300 dpi).
    3. A short video introducing the participants (one per delegation) in your native language. In the video, say: "Hello, my/our name(s) is/are (...), and I’m/we are from (your country). We are really excited to join you at LISE 2026!"
      The video should be around 30 seconds, in MP4 format, and landscape orientation.

  • As you know, we always host vibrant cultural evenings filled with lively exchanges!
    We kindly ask you to bring a taste of your country to share with everyone, and we would also like you to prepare a short presentation.
