Demonstrates how the nominee has introduced creative solutions, new approaches, or improved methods to overcome challenges and enhance project outcomes.
Impact & Value Delivered (Max Points: 20)
Demonstrates how the nominee’s leadership has contributed to measurable business, organisational, or community value through successful project delivery.
Stakeholder / Client Satisfaction (Max Points: 15)
Demonstrates how the nominee has built and maintained strong stakeholder relationships, ensured effective communication, and achieved a high level of confidence and satisfaction among clients, sponsors, and project stakeholders.
Complexity & Risk Management (Max Points: 10)
