The prices for the event have options of full event from Friday evening through to Sunday afternoon, from Saturday through to Sunday or one day.
The event will be fully catered, although people can request to be off board (no food).
Accomodation has three options. Camping, shared cabins of 8 people (total 48 beds) and private cabins with options of 2 -6 people (5 Cabins available). Bedding can be provided upon request only.
Non members will have a $10 surcharge on the set price.
Concession rate is for students and concession card holders.
Children under 10 are free. *Accommodation charges will apply.
If you are having genuine hardship in paying please talk to the Seneschal regarding options or a payment plan.
Once you have booked you will receive an email within a few days of your confirmation of booking and the invoice number that you will need to include in your payment. Bank transfer is the preffered meothod of payment.
