NCME is making available a limited number of $750 travel grants to support member participation at the 2026 NCME AIME-Con in Pittsburgh. The grants are specifically intended to support members who have acute financial needs. At this time, applicants will only be considered if they are current members with presenting roles at the conference.
If awarded a travel grant, an individual will have expenses reimbursed after the event, upon submission of a travel expense reimbursement form with appropriate documentation of receipts. These grants are not cash awards and expenses must be paid by the individual to be eligible for reimbursement. Eligible expenses include conference registration and customary travel expenses such as air and ground transportation, lodging, and meals. Please note that conference registration is required.
Applications will be accepted through Friday, August 28th. Upon review, applicants will be notified of their funding status by Wednesday, September 2nd. Please email ncme@ncme.org with any questions.
