Vendor Agreement & Liability Waiver
Thank you for participating as a vendor at a Kansas Ranch Versatility Club (KRVC) event.
Vendor Rules
Vendor spaces are assigned by KRVC.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, extension cords, and any other equipment needed for their booth.
Booths must remain within the assigned space and may not block walkways, gates, or emergency access.
Setup must be completed before the event begins unless prior arrangements have been approved by KRVC.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all trash before leaving.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales tax required by law.
No illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe products may be sold.
Animals brought by vendors must be under control at all times.
KRVC reserves the right to require removal of any vendor or product deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the event.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by KRVC.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I understand that participation as a vendor at a horse-related event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from horses, livestock, equipment, weather, vehicles, and other participants.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating as a vendor.
I release and hold harmless Kansas Ranch Versatility Club (KRVC), its officers, directors, volunteers, event staff, sponsors, property owners, judges, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation in the event, except where prohibited by applicable law.
I understand that KRVC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to my merchandise, equipment, vehicles, trailers, or other personal property.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Vendor Rules and Liability Waiver.
