This is the official rolling application for the "I Will Go Program" of Wesley Aggrey Ministries. Please carefully fill out each question below. It is advised that you take a look through the application, prepare your answers to some of the responses in a separate word processing program, and then paste your responses into the application so none of your progress is lost. Any information you provide in this application will remain confidential. You will receive a copy of your completed application at the e-mail you provide once you submit your application.
