You will receive full arrival and event information before your arrival but please note the following before submitting your application:
- The event is taking place outdoors and on a cobbled street.
- Each team needs a minimum of 4 people.
- The event will involve a number of relays carrying hospitality themed props and the fastest person wins, there will be penalties for those who cheat!
- Only one team per business may be entered.
- There will be a £50 (per team) entry fee which will be donated towards the Bristol Hoteliers Assoication partner charity - The Grand Appeal. Please make your donation before the race using the BHA Just Giving Page. and make sure you use your business or team name reference when making your donation.
- All of your team members will be required to sign a waiver before taking place in the race.
- You will be provided with aprons to wear but feel free to be as creative as you like with your costume, a prize for the best dressed of course!
