As the parent/guardian of a participating Girl Scout, I understand:

has my permission to participate in the Girl Scouts of Central & Southern NJ's Fall Product Program and Cookie Program.

2. My Girl Scout must be officially registered with the Girl Scouts of the USA and a member of the Girl Scouts of Central & Southern NJ (GSCSNJ) Council to participate.

3. I accept personal financial responsibility for all orders and money that she receives from customers.

4. I understand that all money collected during the 2026 Fall Product Program & the 2027 Cookie Program belongs to the troop. The funds are for Girl Scout activities and are not to be retained by individuals for personal use.

5. I agree that all monies collected will be given to my Girl Scout troop by the set program deadlines.

6. I understand that GSCSNJ reserves the right to seek the services of a collection agency and/or pursue legal action if I do not submit all monies collected during the product program(s) to my troop.

7. I agree to help my Girl Scout set a realistic personal sales goal and encourage her to participate in troop goal-setting activities.

8. I will ensure that my Girl Scout will follow all product program safety guidelines.

9. I will conduct myself in a respectful and professional manner, reflecting the values of the Girl Scout Law during all product program activities.

10. I will follow all the procedures and guidelines set by GSCSNJ. Any Girl Scout selling before the official start date of the 2026 Fall Product Program and/or 2027 Cookie Program or through prohibited methods may be subject to GSCSNJ's Improper Participation Consequences.

11. Girls can only use the Internet as a marketing tool to inform family, friends, and former customers of the Fall Product Program and the Cookie Program on or after the published start dates. M20S is the ONLY approved platform for online sale transactions for the Fall Product Program, and Digital Cookie is the ONLY approved online platform for online sale transactions for the Cookie Program.

12. I understand that my Girl Scout will collect all funds for Girl Delivered orders and will deliver products to customers.

13. Unsold products may NOT be returned to any GSCSNJ offices.

14. GSCSNJ reserves the right to substitute reward items of equal value with or without notice. All reward items are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. GSCSNJ will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
