  • RAVE Rescue / Riff Raff Sanctuary and Casey Brinson retain legal ownership of all equines placed through the organization.

  • All equines are placed under a lifetime lease agreement. Foster to Placement homes and approved placement homes are granted possession and care of the equine but do not obtain ownership rights.

  • Submission of this application does not guarantee approval or placement.

  • By submitting this application, applicants acknowledge and understand that RAVE Rescue / Riff Raff Sanctuary and Casey Brinson retain legal ownership of all equines and reserve the right to conduct follow up checks and reclaim any equine if the terms of the lease agreement are violated or if the welfare of the equine is determined to be at risk.

  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, the placement fee for equines is $1,500 and is non negotiable.
