• Dusk Dances 2026 Volunteer Registration

  • Help us make this year's festival unforgettable!

We are looking for an amazing team of volunteers to join us in Withrow Park from August 2-9. You can support us in the following areas:

-Production: Work behind the scenes to set up the performance sites, signage, tents and chairs.

    - Front-of-house: Be the festival's welcoming presence while running our info booth, concession stand and/or directing the audience around the park

Interested in Volunteering as an ASL-fluent Front of House Volunteer?

If you're fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), help create a welcoming, accessible experience for our Deaf and hard of hearing patrons by selecting the Front of House role in the shift selection form.

Please note: This is not an interpreting role. ASL-fluent Front of House volunteers assist with welcoming patrons, answering general questions, and supporting accessibility at the festival.

How much time do volunteers commit to the festival?

Volunteer shifts are approximately 4–5 hours long, and we appreciate it if volunteers can commit to 2 or more shifts.

Require a reference letter or volunteer hours?

High school students can fulfill their community involvement hours with Dusk Dances. The volunteer coordinator can sign necessary school forms and provide a letter outlining the student's involvement upon request.

Calling all companies interested in organizing a volunteer day for your employees!

Embrace the spirit of giving and choose to spend your volunteer day with us at the festival!
