Art Out Side 2026 is a multidisciplinary arts festival transforming Port Moody with immersive arts of all forms: dance, music, theatre, sculpture, media arts, live painting, fibre arts, and more!

From the shoreline to bustling commercial hubs, secret locations to park benches, arts will reach every corner of the city.

This year, we are launching a dedicated evening of short film screenings and are seeking submissions from local filmmakers. Whether your work is documentary, narrative, experimental, animation, or something in between, we'd love to see it.

Submission Requirements:

Short film, 15 minutes or less
Key crew roles must be filled by residents of the Lower Mainland
Selected films to be delivered in 1080p HD ProRes 422 HQ file exported as H.264 .mov
All genres welcome
All categories welcome (narrative, animation, documentary, etc.)
Please include captions if available
Art Out Side has no premiere status requirements

Selected participants will be provided an honorarium of $150
