If you are already looking forward to the holiday season, we are bringing all the magic this November! We have completely reimagined our festive experience to bring you something deeply intimate, high-end, and full of holiday cheer.

When & Where:

Dates: Saturday, November 21st 10am-5pm & Saturday, November 28th 2pm-9pm
Location: Hosted in the stunning, sunlit Atrium of the Lamplighter Inn (London, ON)
The Modern Market Series is thrilled to introduce in 2026, an elevated, intimate way to experience Ontario’s premier family social and shopping event. We are leaning into what we do best: high-end curation, sophisticated styling, and a boutique atmosphere that celebrates the very best of Canadian small businesses.

Curated Excellence: A hand-picked selection of incredible Canadian brands in a refined, "shop-in-shop" setting—perfect for checking off your holiday shopping list with high-quality, unique finds🎁
The 'REAL' Santa & TMMS Vibe: Our signature, beautifully styled aesthetic photo opportunities! Bring the little ones to meet the 'REAL' Santa Claus in a gorgeous setting🎅❤️
Family-First Amenities: A vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere featuring our famous interactive kids' play areas, alongside delicious food and festive drinks to keep everyone fueled and happy. ☕🍩
The Gold Standard: While the format in the Atrium is an intimate "Boutique" showcase, the experience remains the gold standard for family-focused markets in Ontario.
This isn't just a market; it’s a beautifully styled social experience where the London community comes together to celebrate the season and discover their new favorite brands.

Acceptance Criteria

•You must be the designer, owner or creator of your company.

•Your products must be made or designed in Canada (Canadian-run boutiques carrying out of Canada brands ARE eligible for acceptance)

•Your company must have at least one active social media account (preferably Instagram being the most active platform)

All applications will be accepted based on quality, uniqueness, booth design, social media presence and overall appeal towards the TMMS guest demographic.

We strive for no more than 2 companies with similar products/styles to encourage sales and no direct competition between brands. We value positive vendor morale and want to make sure each attending brand will benefit from their TMMS experience.

***Direct sales/Network Marketing/MLM companies will not be considered for acceptance.

What is included in the vendor fees:

•Booth space

•Exposure to highly motivated shoppers, bloggers, and media coverage prior to and throughout the event

•Access to TMMS' Influencer Community

•Vendor listing on themodernmarketseries.com with hyperlink to your brand’s website

•Optional inclusion in the 50 early entrance loot bags when a physical item is included on the promotional material. (No min value required)

•Optional inclusion in TMMS' social advertising opportunities

Are you a boutique that plans to showcase other brands at our event?

If you answered yes to the above question, please list ALL brands and product types you plan to showcase at TMMS. (any changes made to this list after acceptance must be noted to TMMS via email.)

Are you a service based business?

If you are a service based business, please let us know in detail what you plan to offer our guests within your booth space. If your plans change after acceptance, you must have approval directly from TMMS at least 1 month prior to the event (to avoid overlap with other existing brands/partners etc)

We strongly recommend standing booth set ups vs. table top setups -tables are not included in booth pricing

Preferred Booth Size - booth location will be chosen by the TMMS team, based on where your brand will fit in best surrounded by complimentary companies with an anticipated high traffic location close by for guest exposure *Booth size is approximate and can be slightly smaller due to pipe+drape structure surrounding all booth spaces-- please note this is for TMMS' boutique/mini ONE DAY event SATURDAY NOV 21 in London, ON

Add-ons (if required)- Available for selection once applications are approved and you are confirmed as a TMMS Vendor. (Electrical power to booth, etc.)

*TMMS floor map with Vendor placements will be released prior to the event

**In the case of an event shut down due to any reason (ie. public health or safety concerns) your booth fees will automatically transfer to the next event date. Booth fees are always non-refundable.
