Liability Waiver
I understand that participation in sports and recreational activities involves inherent risks. I voluntarily allow my child to participate in Norfolk Sports Camp activities including soccer, volleyball, tennis, ball hockey, water games, and other camp activities.

I release and hold harmless Norfolk Sports Camp, its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in camp activities.

I certify that my child is physically able to participate in camp activities and that all medical information provided is accurate.

I authorize camp staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Due to limited enrollment and staffing commitments, the following refund policy applies to all Norfolk Sports Camp registrations:

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the start of camp will receive a full refund less a $25 administration fee.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start of camp will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of camp are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for missed camp days, late arrivals, early departures, dismissal from camp, or failure to attend.
If a camper is unable to attend due to illness or injury, a camp credit may be issued at the discretion of Norfolk Sports Camp with supporting documentation.
If Norfolk Sports Camp cancels the program for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
