The family (parent) of the financial aid/funding recipient agrees to the following conditions below:
Details

1) The financial support is for the current or upcoming playing season. 2) The participant will fulfil their playing obligations, including being regularly present for training, be a positive role model and contributor to the team, maintain good behaviour and continue to participate in the team through the full cycle (soccer year) 3) The issuing of financial aid requires that the player will stay for an additional year (cycle), beyond the initial year or cycle, for which support has been provided. In the event that they fail to do so in an attempt to register to a different club, the financial aid is forfeited, and due in full to OSU, prior to their release in the Ontario Soccer database. For certainty, the parent and player understand that they are making a commitment to play for OSU for the current and next soccer cycle.
