2026-2027 Activity Fees

Grade level activity fees are required for all PK-8^th students.  Activities supported by fees enhance the spiritual, educational, social, and service components of SVdP's mission.

Please  review the fees information in this section and then complete the fees calculation and payment options sections that follow.  After information for all sections has been provided, submit the form.  You will receive an email confirmation for your submission.

You may pay activity fees either by check or via SVdP’s eFunds for Schools online payment portal. All payments are due by Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

REQUIRED FEES INFORMATION:

Please enter name and next year grade level information for all of your children in the appropriate fields below; verify the grade level selected for each child.  Fees due information will calculate automatically based on the grade level selected for each child.

First names only may be used; if a child's last name is different from the family name provided above, list the child's last name also.

OPTIONAL FEES INFORMATION:

 If you wish to order copies of the Yearbook, enter the quantity desired; the amount due will automatically be calculated for you.

If you wish to order extra copies of the Parent-Student Directory beyond the one copy that each family will receive, enter the quantity desired; once again, the amount due will automatically be calculated for you.

If you wish to make a voluntary donation to the fund for purchasing Christmas gifts for teachers and staff, enter the amount you wish to donate.

SUMMARY OF ALL FEES DUE:

Sub-totals due for required and optional fees are summarized for your review below along with a total amount due.

Please enter the total amount due figure in the Activity Fees window if paying online via eFunds for Schools.  If paying by check, make the check payable to St. Vincent de Paul School for the total amount due figure.

Payment of 2026-2027 activity fees either online via eFunds for Schools or by check is due Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

Parents are encouraged to submit payment via our online option; doing so streamlines the registration process and ensures that all form submissions and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner.  A modest convenience fee ($1.50 for payments made by electronic check and $2.95 per $100 transaction amount for payments made by credit or debit card) is charged for online payments.

SVdP understands that some parents may prefer to pay for registrations by check.

If you are paying fees online:

1.  Your total fees due amount is   ${totalAmount}

2.  Click on the Submit Form Now button below.  Your form data will be transferred to the appropriate SVDP personnel for processing.  You will be re-directed to SVDP's eFunds for Schools online payment portal.  If you already have an SVDP eFunds for Schools account, login as usual and select the Pay for 2026-2027 School Activity Fees option for payment; enter the total activity fees amount due for your family and process your payment as usual.  If you do not have an SVDP eFunds for Schools account, you will need to create said account.  Click here for more information on creating an eFunds for Schools online payment account.

3.  You will receive an email confirmation of your registration after submitting that registration.  Please review the information on that confirmation message; if anything was entered and submitted in error, contact Ray Bentzen (bentzenr@svdpomaha.org) with the corrections.  Please note that the email confirmation of your registration submission is not a receipt for payment; you must still log in to your eFunds account and process payment for the amount due.  You will receive a separate email confirmation from eFunds verifying payment.

Registrations are not considered final until payment in full has been received.

If you are paying fees associated with this registration form by check:

1.  Your total due amount is   ${totalAmount}

1.  Click on the Submit Form Now button below.  Your form data will be transferred to the appropriate SVDP personnel for processing once payment has been received, and you will be re-directed to SVDP's eFunds for Schools online payment portal.  Because you are paying by check, you can exit your browser at this point.

2. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration after submitting that registration.  Please review the information on that confirmation message; if anything was entered and submitted in error, contact Ray Bentzen (bentzenr@svdpomaha.org) with the corrections.  Please note that the email confirmation is not a receipt for payment; you must still send a check to the the school for the amount due.

3.  Print a copy of the email confirmation to accompany your payment by check. 

4.  Attach your check (payable to St. Vincent de Paul School) to the copy of your confirmation form printed in Step 3 above and return to the school office in an envelope marked "SVdP Activity Fees."  If mailing your check, use 14330 Eagle Run Drive, Omaha, NE  68164 as the address. 

Registrations are not considered final until payment in full has been received.
