• Spiritual Formation Group Leader Covenant

Please review the covenant, confirm your agreement, and provide your information below.
  • All Spiritual Formation Group leaders are an extension of the discipleship endeavors of the Campus Ministries department at William Jessup University. As such, all SFG leaders are expected to live a life above reproach as they serve the students in their SFG. It is our expectation that all leaders will live a life of character and integrity as they continue to grow in their relationship with Christ and their ability to lead others toward Him. This document represents a shared agreement regarding the baseline for behavior and actions in student leadership. It is a starting point for the type of community we hope to create at Jessup and a common understanding of the type of leaders we desire to be. Modeling for others and setting an example in leadership is a high priority. Therefore, failure to abide by the expectations within this contract could result in you being asked to step down from your role as a Spiritual Formation Group leader.
