2026 NLCUP Fundamentals for the Modern Board Room Application
Thank you for your interest in NLCUP’s Fundamentals for the Modern Board Room, a 4-week virtual training program designed for professionals eager to take on their first board role with a community non-profit. Each weekly session will cover essential topics, including introduction to nonprofit board service, governance and fiduciary duties, financial literacy & fundraising, and preparing to serve. By the end of the program, attendees will be equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and resources to serve as effective and engaged board members, making a lasting difference in their communities. Space is limited to 12 participants.
