By checking the box, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following terms: I understand that my participation in Ikle Runway, including but not limited to designer submissions, fittings, rehearsals, setup, the runway show, exhibitions, photography sessions, and all related activities, is completely voluntary.I accept full responsibility for my personal property, garments, wearable art pieces, accessories, materials, equipment, and any other items brought to or used during Ikle Runway activities. I understand that I am solely responsible for the transportation, care, storage, maintenance, and insurance of my designs and belongings.I understand that I retain full ownership, intellectual property rights, and creative rights to all designs, garments, collections, artwork, and materials submitted or showcased as part of Ikle Runway. Participation in the event does not transfer ownership of my work to Kathryn Iklé, Ikle Creative Designs, or Gallery De-Fi. I grant Ikle Runway, Kathryn Iklé, Ikle Creative Designs, and Gallery De-Fi permission to photograph, film, and use images of my work solely for the purpose of promoting the Ikle Runway event, my collection, the participating designers, and future related promotional materials, including social media, websites, press, and marketing efforts.I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Kathryn Iklé, Ikle Creative Designs, Gallery De-Fi, and their respective owners, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, representatives, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in Ikle Runway, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, theft, or damage, except where prohibited by applicable law.I certify that all work submitted is my original creation or that I have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to present the work. I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into Ikle Runway.I agree to comply with all event guidelines, deadlines, and instructions provided by the Ikle Runway team and understand that failure to follow these requirements may result in cancellation of my participation.
