Reflective Guidance Coaching Agreement

Thank you for choosing Reflective Guidance Coaching through Sixth Seal of Light LLC.

This Coaching Agreement has been prepared to establish a clear understanding of the Reflective Guidance Coaching relationship before coaching services begin. It explains the nature of Reflective Guidance Coaching, the responsibilities of both the Client and the Reflective Guidance Coach, how coaching services are provided, how information is managed, and the expectations that support a respectful, collaborative, and transparent coaching relationship.

Please read this agreement carefully. If you have any questions regarding any portion of this agreement, they are welcomed prior to participating in Reflective Guidance Coaching services.

Reflective Guidance Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process intended to support reflection, self-discovery, personal insight, and the exploration of perspectives, experiences, goals, and opportunities for personal growth.

Reflective Guidance Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, crisis intervention, or any other licensed professional service.

The Reflective Guidance Coach may offer reflective questions, observations, exercises, and supportive dialogue to assist the Client's process. The Client understands that all decisions, choices, interpretations, and actions remain their own responsibility.

Reflective Guidance Coaching is intended to provide a supportive environment that encourages thoughtful exploration while honoring each Client's individual experiences, values, and personal autonomy.

The Client understands that meaningful growth is a collaborative process and acknowledges that progress is influenced by their own willingness to participate openly, thoughtfully, and honestly throughout the coaching relationship.

Appointment confirmations, scheduling information, reminders, intake documents, follow-up communications, and other administrative correspondence may be provided electronically through email or other mutually agreed-upon communication methods.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate contact information and for monitoring their email, including spam or junk folders, for appointment-related communications.

Reflective Guidance Coaching sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom unless otherwise communicated.

By submitting this Reflective Guidance Coaching Agreement, you acknowledge that Sixth Seal of Light LLC may contact you using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information you voluntarily provide for purposes related to Reflective Guidance Coaching services.

Such communications may include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to your questions or requests for information.

• Following up regarding your submitted Reflective Guidance Coaching Agreement.

• Coordinating or scheduling Reflective Guidance Coaching appointments.

• Providing intake documents, coaching materials, or other information related to your coaching services.

• Communicating administrative information regarding Reflective Guidance Coaching services provided by Sixth Seal of Light LLC.

Sixth Seal of Light LLC will make reasonable efforts to use your contact information solely for purposes related to your requested services, the Reflective Guidance Coaching relationship, and reasonable follow-up communications related to those services.

Information voluntarily provided through intake forms, questionnaires, electronic communications, scheduling platforms, and Reflective Guidance Coaching sessions may become part of the Reflective Guidance Coach's business records.

The Reflective Guidance Coach may maintain written session notes to support continuity between coaching sessions, document services provided, and maintain appropriate business records.

Reasonable efforts will be made to safeguard electronically stored information. However, no method of electronic communication, transmission, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Reflective Guidance Coaching sessions are audio and/or video recorded as a standard component of the Reflective Guidance Coaching process.

Recordings are maintained solely for professional purposes, which may include reviewing coaching techniques, supporting ongoing professional development, maintaining an accurate record of services provided, assisting with the Reflective Guidance Coach's continued self-evaluation and quality improvement, and maintaining appropriate business records.

Session recordings are not intended for public distribution, marketing, promotional purposes, or disclosure to third parties except as required by law or with the Client's written authorization.

By choosing to participate in Reflective Guidance Coaching services with Sixth Seal of Light LLC, the Client acknowledges that session recording is a standard condition of participation and consents to the recording of coaching sessions.

Session recordings will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and will be securely deleted when no longer required.

The Client acknowledges and agrees to:

• Participate voluntarily and honestly in the Reflective Guidance Coaching process.

• Accept responsibility for personal decisions, choices, actions, and outcomes.

• Communicate scheduling concerns or questions in a timely manner.

• Recognize that Reflective Guidance Coaching is a collaborative process that encourages reflection, exploration, and personal responsibility.

The Reflective Guidance Coach agrees to:

• Conduct Reflective Guidance Coaching in a respectful, collaborative, and client-centered manner.

• Maintain professional boundaries throughout the coaching relationship.

• Support the Client's process through reflective exploration rather than directive advice.

• Maintain appropriate business records related to coaching services.

• Conduct coaching services in accordance with the philosophy and scope of Reflective Guidance Coaching as described throughout this agreement.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand this Reflective Guidance Coaching Agreement.

I understand the nature, purpose, and limitations of Reflective Guidance Coaching.

I understand that coaching sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom.

I understand that coaching sessions are recorded as a standard component of Reflective Guidance Coaching services.

I understand how electronic communications, client information, session documentation, and recordings are managed.

I voluntarily agree to participate in Reflective Guidance Coaching services under the terms described within this agreement.
