    Some HUD CoC project expectations have changed in this NOFO. Please indicate your intent to operate within the following conditions. 

  • Limit PSH participation to persons that qualify by law
  • Ensure all households with children are informed of their educational rights and support to use them
  • Encourage service participation agreements for all households in TH, RRH, or PSH.
  • Use SAVE service to verify participant eligibility https://www.uscis.gov/save - in as much as required
  • Provide access to substance use treatment services on site
