Join us at the Lively Balance Urban Farm to do a yoga session with the Boise Goat Yoga instructor and their goats!

This class will be suitable for most yogis (and easy flow with nothing too fancy or tricky), so no experience is necessary! There will have plenty of opportunities after class for photo ops with the goats. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily, and shoes that you can easily slip on and off. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and be prepared for it to get a little "earthy!" There will be plenty of extra yoga mats available for your use.

Sign ups will close once we have hit 20 participants as we are only able to bring a certain size group. Thanks for your understanding and flexibility!

*When event gets closer, you will also have to sign a waiver with Boise Goat Yoga, be given direct address, and be given parking instructions*

* Aides and guardians are also welcome*
