ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTS
As a participating organization, we agree to:
1. Contribute to the Collaborative
• Designate a primary representative to serve as our organization's point of contact.
• Actively participate in at least one Collaborative output or initiative during the next 12 months. Examples include educational resources, communications materials, scientific guidance, implementation tools, research activities, or other agreed-upon deliverables.
• Make reasonable efforts to participate in meetings and planning activities related to the workstreams in which we choose to participate.
• If the Collaborative holds an in-person convening, cover travel and accommodation for our representative(s) to attend.
2. Disseminate Collaborative Resources
• Share relevant Collaborative-developed resources, products, and messages through our organization's appropriate communication channels to help maximize their reach and impact.
3. Public Recognition
• Authorize the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID) to display our organization's name and logo on the Measles Collaborative webpage and other materials identifying participating organizations.
4. Co-Branded Collaborative Products
• Permit the use of our organization's logo alongside the Measles Collaborative logo on products developed through the Collaborative in which our organization participated.
• When our organization leads a deliverable that originated from the Collaborative, we will display the Measles Collaborative name and logo alongside our own on that product.
• Understand that our organization's name or logo will only be used on specific products after our review and approval prior to publication.
WHAT THE COLLABORATIVE COMMITS TO
In support of this work, the Measles Collaborative will:
• Provide quarterly updates to your point of contact covering what's in progress, what's been completed, what's coming up, and where we need input from member organizations.
• Maintain a shared workplan and action-item tracker accessible to all participating organizations.
• Actively coordinate across workstreams — tracking deliverable progress, connecting contributors, and making sure high-priority items don't stall.
• Ensure contributing organizations are credited on all Collaborative products.
PARTICIPATION PRINCIPLES
• Participation in the Measles Collaborative is free, voluntary and non-binding.
• Participation does not imply endorsement of every Collaborative activity, recommendation, or product. Organizations may choose not to participate in specific initiatives that do not align with their mission, policies, or priorities.
• Participation in individual projects is based on each organization's expertise, interest, and capacity.
• Either party may step back from participation at any time.
• This commitment covers the Collaborative's initial 12-month implementation period and may be renewed by mutual agreement.
