Is there anything that would prohibit you from being on time to our regularly scheduled Wednesday night rehearsals? (7:00 - 9:30 PM)

If Yes, Please Explain

In addition to our Wednesday night 7:00 - 9:30 PM full group rehearsals, Vocal Fusion often will rehearse ENSEMBLES starting at 6:30 PM. Is there anything in your schedule that would prohibit you from committing to and attending these occasional rehearsals?

From time to time, we hold Sunday evening rehearsals from 6:00 - 8:30 PM. These rehearsals are scheduled for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: rehearsal space conflicts, the need for additional rehearsal time and staging rehearsals. Is there anything in your schedule that would prohibit you from committing to and attending these occasional rehearsals?

In addition to major December and spring concerts this year, Vocal Fusion™ will perform “Run-out” and “Outreach” performances throughout the Spring and Summer. Does your personal schedule allow for this type of performance commitment?

Vocal Fusion™ provides its members with a working calendar before auditions so each applicant can make an informed decision about the time commitment required. Please review the schedule carefully and indicate your availability for each event below. While minor adjustments to the calendar may occur, these dates represent our planned commitments for the season.Please check the box for each event that you are able to commit to attending.

Vocal Fusion™ is a nonprofit performing arts organization that relies on the active involvement of its members to fulfill its mission. While our primary focus is creating exceptional musical experiences, the success and sustainability of the organization also depend on the support of our members beyond rehearsals and performances.

As a member of Vocal Fusion™, singers are expected to:

Attend rehearsals and performances as scheduled.
Serve as positive ambassadors for the organization both on and off the stage.
Support organizational initiatives, including fundraising events, volunteer opportunities, and promotional efforts.
Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and team-oriented culture.
While we understand that individual circumstances may occasionally prevent participation in every event, members are expected to actively support the organization's efforts whenever reasonably possible.
