Before proceeding, it will be helpful to have the following information and material ready.

• Flyer/s and/or Logo's for your event.
• Up to 200 words describing your event and it's details, how to register, etc.  Sometimes this information is also on the flyer, but we also like to have the text which helps with internet search engines. 
• Event primary contact information, email, name, etc.
• Name of your event
• Address for your event
• Website address for the event and registration address URL
• Cost of the event should be listed both in the text and on the flyer where possible.  This is one of the most common questions we get asked.
• Start date & time and ending date and time.  This information should be in the text and on the flyer if at all possible.
