    • 1 (one) virtual exhibitor pass + 1 (one) virtual representative pass, so you can chat with virtual attendees. Both passes include full virtual access to the conference.

                  • CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION: All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@wfca.ca. A full refund, minus a $150 administration fee, will be provided for cancellations made by January 13, 2027. Substitutions will incur a $75 administration fee and must be requested in writing via email to admin@wfca.ca by January 20, 2027.

                    DIETARY RESTRICTION: If dietary restrictions are not provided with this registration form, an additional $50 charge per meal may be imposed by the hotel.
