6-8x volunteers requested
- supporting Auxiliary Kitchen Coordinator, as required
- providing guidance to servers (Year 10 students)
- light pack-down/cleaning duties towards end-of-event, as required

PACK-DOWN (*high priority)
Friday 31 July, 12.00pm - approx 2.30pm
12-16x volunteers requested
- collation and return of all crockery/glassware (etc) items to kitchen
- washing (using industrial dishwasher)/drying/packing away of items
- general rubbish disposal
- table linens to washing baskets
- consolidation of leftover food
