Media Volunteer Agreement/ Terms and Conditions
⚠️ IMPORTANT: All photographers and videographers must be approved by the HOU CITY FEST team prior to the event.
By applying as a Media Volunteer, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that all photos, videos, and media captured during HOU CITY FEST must be shared with the HOU CITY FEST team for future promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, website, and event-related use.
I grant HOU CITY FEST a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, distribute, and promote submitted media across all platforms and marketing materials.
I understand that I retain ownership of my original work; however, HOU CITY FEST shall have unlimited promotional usage rights to all submitted content.
I agree to provide edited photos and/or video content within the timeframe requested by the HOU CITY FEST team.
I understand that failure to provide requested media may affect eligibility for future media opportunities with HOU CITY FEST.
HOU CITY FEST will make reasonable efforts to credit and tag photographers and videographers whenever their content is used on social media and digital platforms.
I understand that credit and tagging may not be possible in every use case, including but not limited to printed materials, advertisements, merchandise, sponsor materials, event recaps, website banners, promotional graphics, and other marketing assets.
I understand that submission of media does not entitle me to monetary compensation unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
