  • Vendor Participation 

    • I understand that submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.  Ember & Ivy Events reserves the right to accept or decline any vendor application at its discretion.

    Payment and Weather Policy

    • Vendor space is NOT fully reserved until payment has been received or payment arrangements have been made.
    • All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE 
    • If the event is rescheduled by Ember & Ivy Events due to weather, host issues, or circumstances beyond our control, vendor fees will be credited toward the rescheduled date.
    • If the vendor is unable to attend the rescheduled date, vendor fees will be will be held as a credit on their account and may be applied toward a future Ember & Ivy Event within 12 months of the original date.
    • NO refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, no shows, or failure to attend.

    Liability Waiver

    • The vendor agrees to participate at their own risk.
    • The vendor releases and holds harmless to Ember & Ivy Events (Tricia Flanery), volunteers, event staff, sponsors, venue owners, churches, and affiliated organizations from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, theft, or expenses arising from participating in the event.
    • The vendor assumes full responsibility for their property, equipment, merchandise, employees, and guests.

    License, Permits, & Taxes

    • The vendor is responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws.
    • Food vendors must comply with all health department requirements.

    Set-up and Breakdown

    • Vendors must set up within the designated setup times provided by ember & Ivy Events.
    • Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of trash.

    Equipment 

    • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, extension cords, WEIGHTS, and display equipment.
    • Weights are Mandatory 

    Photography & Marketing Release

    • The vendor grants Ember & Ivy events permission to photograph their booth, products, and display for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and advertising  purposes without compensation.
