If you are a confirmed member of an Anglican Church within the Anglican Communion and wishes to transfer your membership, kindly fill up this Membership Transfer form and attach a recent photo of yourself (with your face clearly visible) as well as a copy of your baptism and confirmation certificates.

We will then arrange for a simple pastoral interview to process the application. You may be required to attend our membership class as part of the transfer process.
