    After your booking is confirmed, a cancellation fee of 5,000 JPY per person per day will apply.
    From 7 days before the tour date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour fee will apply.
    No cancellation fee will be charged only if we decide to cancel the tour due to bad sea conditions, typhoons, or other safety reasons.
    For cancellations due to personal reasons or circumstances on the guest’s side, no refund will be issued.

    Your reservation will be confirmed only after full payment of the tour fee has been received by credit card.

    Date Change Policy
    If you wish to change the date of your tour, you may do so up to 14 days before the tour date by paying an additional fee of 5,000JPY per person per day.
    After the 14-day deadline, any request for a date change will be treated as a cancellation, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
