This application will ask for all the details for your company and any associated directors.

You will need the following:

- Full names of each Director / sole trader

- Email/Phone/Address for each Director / sole trader

- Personal ID for each Director / sole trader

- Proof of Current Address dated within the last 3 months for each Director / sole trader

- Proof of Address for the Ltd Company

- 3 x bank statements dated within the last 3 months for the Ltd Company or sole trader

(to show proof of funds)

This application may take some time to complete, please ensure you have all the above information to hand before starting.

In order to reserve this commerical property - you will be required to pay a Company Admin Fee of £480.
