Filling out this form does not guarantee a commissioned piece; all requests are subject to approval. Any approved commission request will require a 50% non refundable deposit via Venmo or cashapp before I begin work. The remaining 50% AND shipping costs will be due before the piece is shipped. You will be notified within two weeks if your commission request has been approved. Completion times will vary depending on my current stock and my travel schedule but usually will not exceed 30 days. Once your commission is completed and you are notified then the final payment will be due within one week or else your piece and deposit will be forfeit. Please be as specific as possible when describing your desired piece to expedite the process; I do not work with found specimens nor do I offer animal preservation. I am not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged pieces; all work comes tracked and insured to the purchase value. However if an issue arises please email me within 24 hours so we can get an insurance claim started- buyer is responsible for keeping all packaging, materials, and submitting photos of any damage.
