By completing this registration, I acknowledge that I am enrolling my student in classes at The Quinn Center for Performing Arts (QCPA) for the 2026–2027 season. I understand that tuition payments began on August 25, 2026. I understand that enrolling on or after that date requires me to submit my registration fee and first month tuition payment to secure my dancer’s spot. I understand that classes begin September 14, 2026, and that registration secures my dancer's placement in the selected class(es). I understand that this payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. I understand that I must communicate in writing if I choose to cancel my dancer's registration at any time prior to classes.
