By signing below, the registrant agrees to the following:

1) I grant MAA/PAPU permission to publish digital and print images of my artwork created at Plein Air Utah for the purpose of education and publicity in promotion of the workshop and future events. Photos of my artwork may be posted on social media and in print communications.

2). Release: Midway Art Association is a non-profit organized to promote the arts in Wasatch County. MAA does not guarantee that participants will not be injured while engaged in MAA activities, that some work of art will not be damaged, or that all who participate will be satisfied with the workshops, decisions, rules, awards, sales prices or other functions and activities. In consideration of participating in the foregoing activity, I hereby release MAA from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with such activity.

Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that registration fees are only refundable in the case of emergency.
