Holy Family Sponsorship Guidelines
Holy Family Church is pleased to offer up to $200 per child toward participation cost for the Steubenville Youth Conference. To qualify for this sponsorship, the following requirements must be met:
Sponsorship Requirements
*A $100 down payment is required in order to reserve your spot. $100 payment may be made by cash, check, or credit/debit card. An additional $100 payment must be received by February 15, 2027. Balance is due on May 10th if additional funds are due.
*Financial aide is not available.
*Participants may earn sponsorship by completing 20 hours of service at Holy Family Church sites (not at SMSA or community events). Service hours are credited at $10 per hour, up to a maximum of $200.
*Eligible service hours must be completed between August 1 and March 31 (forms must be completed and turned in by April 10th to get credit).
*If fewer than 20 hours are completed, the participant will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
*A form will be given to have the participant be filled out and signed by the Supervisor at the event (turn in as you go via an email attachment, dropping them off or mailing them to Angie).
*We reserve the right to verify submitted service hours if any discrepancies or concerns arise.
*Please do quarterly increments when figuring out your time if applicable.

If you do not qualify for or earn the full $200 service project credit, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, up to the maximum trip cost of $400.
The price increase is due to two factors. First, the Archdiocese will no longer be providing the bus, so we will need to cover the cost of the bus as well as the driver's lodging. Second, the cost of admission to the event has increased.
