Boarding Admissions Form

All boarders will receive a brief exam upon intake. Please be aware that all boarders must be clear of fleas**, parasites, and MUST be current on their FVRCP and Rabies* vaccines. All boarders must have an up to date Combo Test.
*Per North Carolina law, all cats over 12 weeks of age must have an up to date Rabies vaccine.
**Capstar flea medication WILL BE administered to any cat with live fleas for a fee of $12.70
