By submitting this request, you acknowledge that:
1. Submission of this form does not guarantee a reservation. All requests are subject to review and approval by the Baltimore Peninsula Partnership.
2. Performances and activities must be free and open to the public. Admission may not be charged, and events may not be conducted for commercial profit.
3. Programming must be appropriate for a public, family-friendly space. Profanity, explicit content, hate speech, discriminatory language, or otherwise offensive material is not permitted.
4. Performers are responsible for leaving the stage and surrounding area clean and in good condition.
5. Baltimore Peninsula Partnership reserves the right to deny or revoke any stage reservation that does not comply with these guidelines or conflicts with neighborhood operations or programming.
Release of Liability

By checking this box, I acknowledge that, if my performance request is approved, I am participating as an independent performer and not as an employee, contractor, agent, vendor, or representative of the Baltimore Peninsula Partnership ("BPP").I understand that I am performing on private property at my own risk and that BPP does not provide insurance coverage for me, my assistants, my equipment, or my personal property. I assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, death, loss, theft, or damage arising from my participation.I agree to follow all applicable laws, BPP policies, and directions from BPP staff. I understand that BPP may cancel or end my performance at any time for safety, weather, operational needs, or policy violations.I am responsible for my equipment, setup, cleanup, and any damage caused by me or those accompanying me. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, indemnify, and hold harmless BPP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and property owners from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation, except to the extent caused by BPP's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
