- How It Works
  
  Step 1 - Customer Signup Form
  
  First step is to fill out this Customer Signup Form to the best of your abilities. Make sure all the information is 100% correct as we will be using this information for all of your future orders!
  
  Step 2 - Chocolate Bar Order Form
  
  Once You Finish filling out this form and have created your Unique Identifier, you can fill out our Chocolate Bar Order form! All the information on our chocolate bars can be found in our Linktree! (Strain Menu/Nutrition Info/Dosage)
  
  Step 3 - Order Confirmation / Payment
  
  After you fill out the Chocolate Bar Order Form, we will reach out to you and confirm that you would like your order! We will verify the order information and let you know if the strain you selected is still in stock or not. Once we have verified your order we will collect payment and get your order to you the same day!
- Unique Identifier
  
  When filling out the Chocolate Bar Order form you will now just enter your Unique Identifier (Username) instead of any of your contact information! You will create your own Unique Identifier Below!
  
  Please create a Unique Identifier that you will be able to easily remember, as we will be using your Unique Identifier for our Rewards System (when it drops) and for our Refrence System (when it drops).
  
  There will now be a "Order Notes" portion at the bottom of the Chocolare Bar Order form and if you need any of your information changed, updated or would like to do a different order type you can let us know in the "Order Notes" section of the Chocolate Bar Order Form.

  - Delivery Fee is $5.00 - $15.00 depending on distrance from Englewood.

  - Deliveries will be in a shipping bubble mailer similar to Amazon package and will be delivered on the customer's doorstep with picture as proof of delivery!
  - All Delivery Orders must be submitted by 11:59PM on Tuesday, if the order is submitted on Wednesday there is a chance it will be delivered the following week.
