•Booth Placement: A booth map and number will be emailed to you during the week before the event.
•Tent: Maximum size 10x10 (Vendors must provide a clean, 10ft x 10ft tent with leg weights)
•Insurance: Do you have General Liability Insurance that is valid through November 14th, 2026? (please ensure you attached a copy above)
•Vendor Set Up: 6:00am – 8:45 am on November 14th. (no Friday set up)
•Booths must be open and staffed between 9 am – 5 pm.
•Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary supplies (tables, chairs, tents, etc.).
•No early breakdowns: Vendors are expected to remain open until at least 5pm. Show ends at 6 pm.
•Load Out: After 5 pm you can break down and remove your booth by hand truck or cart only, no vehicles until after 7pm.
•You are responsible for any required permits or licenses to sell your goods.
•All vendors must comply with health and safety regulations.
Vendors Terms: I, the undersigned, have read and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in the Datil Fest Vendor Application and Rules. I further agree to hold harmless Revitalize Historical Palatka, Mayhem Brothers, LLC., University of Florida IFAS and its officers, City of Palatka, Putnam County and its Commission, their clients, affiliated organizations or entities, directors, employees, duly appointed representatives and volunteers of all liability, demands, claims, and responsibility for any injury, damages or loss sustained by exhibitors, guests, or any other participants before, during or after the Datil Fest as a result of participating in the Datil Fest and/or as a result of displaying of my work, equipment or materials. I understand that the festival management reserves the right to remove anything that does not meet the standards set forth in this application.
