Amber Kerr Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images produced during this photo session. Clients are granted personal-use only and may not edit, alter, apply filters, crop, or submit images for publication without prior written consent from Amber Kerr Photography.
A copyright release may be purchased for $150, which transfers image ownership to the client and grants full rights to edit, alter, filter, crop, and submit images for publication or magazine use without further approval from Amber Kerr Photography.
