The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Commercial Landscape Maintenance Division while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, employee development, safety, and profitability. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for field operations, develops managers and crews, improves operational systems, and is accountable for achieving the division's financial and operational goals.

Lead all daily operations of the commercial landscape maintenance division.

Coach, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, crew leaders, and field personnel.

Ensure work is properly scheduled, staffed, routed, and completed according to company quality standards.

Monitor production, labor budgets, efficiency, and operational performance.

Conduct regular property inspections and quality audits.

Develop and improve operational systems, processes, and accountability.

Coordinate maintenance operations with irrigation, enhancements, fleet, sales, and administration.

Lead snow and ice operations, including planning, resource deployment, on-site leadership, and customer communication.

Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in commercial landscape operations.

Proven success leading high-performing teams in a service-based environment.

Experience managing a department, division, branch, or operational team with profit-and-loss responsibility.

Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and cloud-based business software.

Ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required.

Experience using LMN Landscape Management Software a plus.
