NYCRA Membership Application

Description of Membership Classifications:

Active: Any person presently involved in the cancer registration and surveillance discipline (includes State Reporting only)
Sustaining/Associate: Any person interested in the purpose of (NYCRA) who does not meet the qualifications of other membership categories. An ODS-C who is no longer active in the field may apply for associate membership. An associate member shall not vote, hold office or chair a committee, but may serve on a committee
Student: A student member shall be a person who is enrolled in a college level curriculum and is interested in the purpose of NYCRA, but who does not meet the qualifications for Active membership. A student member shall be eligible for this classification for no more than five years from the date such member joined in this category. A student member shall not vote, hold office or chair a committee, but may serve on a committee 

*A 3.5% processing fee will be applied for online payments.

Please complete all sections of this form and submit.
Once received, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided for payment processing.

Note:

If you attend NYCRA’s October 2026 Annual Educational Conference, you will automatically be a NYCRA member for the 2026-2027 year.
*Please do not renew or send membership dues if you attended the conference.
