It is important to understand that this Program operates as Independent Living Housing. Residents are participants, not tenants. By signing this document, you are agreeing to abide by Program Rules, not a standard lease.

Failure to adhere to these rules or failure to pay program fees will result in termination from the program. Upon termination, you will be provided with a written exit date and your door access code will be deactivated.

1. Violence: Any threats or acts of violence will result in automatic termination. The police will be notified immediately.
2. Inspections: House inspections will be conducted once a month to ensure safety and cleanliness.
3. Guests: No overnight guests are allowed. Violations are subject to program termination.
4. Substance Use: The presence or use of drugs in the house will result in automatic termination.
5. Noise: Noise levels must be kept to a minimum at all times. Please show respect for your fellow residents.
6. Traffic: Residents are expected to be mindful of the household flow.
7. Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.
8. Theft: Stealing is strictly prohibited and will result in automatic termination and police notification.
9. Privacy: Residents are strictly forbidden from entering another resident's room, even if specifically invited.
10. Medical Compliance: (If applicable) Residents are required to take all medications exactly as prescribed by their healthcare provider.
11. Silver Key Legacy LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen property of all residents and visitors

Except in cases of "Automatic Termination," the program generally follows a progressive disciplinary path:

• Level 1: Verbal Warning
• Level 2: Written Warning
• Level 3: Termination 

Tenant agrees to pay $145 weekly, $290 Bi Weekly or $575 Monthly
